What ACCA FM covers

Financial Management is centred on the practical application of finance techniques to manage, fund, and value a business. This paper equips students with the skills to make critical financial decisions, including investment appraisal (capital budgeting), business valuations, and working capital management. It is about maximizing shareholder wealth through sound financial policy, understanding sources of finance, and managing financial risk.

FM is an Applied Skills exam, sat in the March, June, September and December sittings.
